The canopy is excellent! There were a few small threads between the pompoms which I easily removed

The photo's show they arrived in styrofoam packaging & once I'd removed from the package to the installation. Fabulous!! They are beautiful ! Customer service was en - point and answered all my nerdy questions! Top class
