Whats your refund & returns policy?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any purchases that may be damaged, defective or the wrong item being received.

Please contact our support team at: info.jandjinteriors@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order to report any problems. Provide us with clear photos or videos of the issue and a description of the problem and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I return an item?

You can initiate a return within 30 days of receiving your item, provided it is in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.  Please ensure you include the receipt or proof of purchase, along with your order number, and specify the reason for the return. Kindly note that any fees related to return shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of your return request being approved. ( I:E You can make a return request within 30 days upon receipt of your order. Once your return is accepted you then have 14 days in which to return your order). Any items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Products failing to meet our return standards include:

  1. Used and damaged items resulting from customer misuse. Any items returned that are not in the original condition will be returned to you.
  2. Returns submitted beyond the designated return period. May be subject to a restocking fee ranging from 25% to 100%, depending on the specific nature of the issue.

Exceptions/non-returnable items: Non-returnable items include incorrect purchased products,  customised orders specific to buyer requests, special or personalised items, made to order prints, personal care goods (eg. beauty products), damaged products due to customer mishandling, used products, sale items or gift cards will be non-refundable.  

Colour Discrepancies:
We cannot accommodate returns for products based on colour discrepancies.  We acknowledge the possibility of slight variations in colours, as indicated in our product information. "Please be aware that colours might appear slightly different due to individual monitor settings."
Once accepted you will receive the return address where you can mail the product you would like to return to us within 14 days. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and once approved a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment usually within 5-7 working days. 

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Late or missing refunds?

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Can I cancel or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, because our products are made to order, we can't accept exchanges or cancellations once your order has been processed. If you’re unsure about anything related to the product, please contact us before making a purchase.

Prints:  All prints are classed as bespoke products and cannot be cancelled after the processing time has elapsed,  refunded or exchanged.
