Whats your refund & returns policy?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. So if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for any purchases that may be damaged, defective or the wrong item being received.

Please contact our support team at: within 5 days of receiving your order to report any problems. Provide us with clear photos or videos of the issue and a description of the problem and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I return an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase along with your order number, as well as the reason for your return. However, you must cover any fees associated with return shipping and handling.

Exceptions/non-returnable items: Non-returnable items include incorrect products purchased, special or personalised items, made to order prints, personal care goods (such as beauty products), damaged products due to customer mishandling, used products, sale items or gift cards will be non-refundable. 

Please Note: Returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of your return request being approved. ( I:E You can make a return request within 30 days upon receipt of your order. Once your return is accepted you then have 14 days in which to return your order) Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Colour Discrepancies:
We cannot accommodate returns for products based on colour discrepancies. We do acknowledge the possibility of slight variations in colours, as indicated in our product information. "Please be aware that colours might appear slightly different due to individual monitor settings."

Once accepted you will receive the return address where you can mail the product you would like to return to us within 14 days. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and once approved a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment usually within 5-7 working days. 

To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages.

Late or missing refunds?

Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Can I cancel or exchange an item?

Unfortunately, because our products are made to order, we can't accept exchanges or cancellations once your order has been processed. If you’re unsure about anything related to the product, please contact us before making a purchase.
